The Future of the ACOs

Below is what I need to be explained on the paper. I just need the Part 1 portion. (don’t need the “part 2”, just part 1). Maker sure to answer all the questions in part 1 also.

The Team Project includes two parts. In the first part, conduct your research on the project topic – an Accountable Care Organization (ACO) model, following the project questions. In the second part, examine Hennepin Health–an ACO in Minnesota, its internal and external environment, and develop a proposal for the key decision makers with specific recommendations. 1. Explain the concepts behind the Accountable Care Organization (ACO) model. Conduct systematic analysis of this model, breaking it down to components. What are the ACO reimbursement models, incentives, economic, quality of care, legislative, staffing, and technology considerations? What approaches are working better? What is not working? Look at it from a critical point of view. What would you recommend, how to implement the ACO model more efficiently? Must be at least 4 pages (not including the title or reference page
