role of Helper. As the Helper, pretend that you have met with your client
(you) for the second time.
Eplain what the client says about his or her progress with the personal change process.
Describe all the challenges successes, and problems that the client would have discussed with you during the meeting.
Describe what the client say she/he hopes to achieve during the next week
Describe any challenges the client anticipates the client anticipates during next week.
Do not include your opinions as the helper and do not reference yourself.
