*Specific:** have a clear goal in mind. Being vague will not help here. You need to clearly define the goal to meet it. Ask yourself:
Who, What, Where, When, Which
**Measurable:** Can you track progress and success? When have you reached your goal?
**Attainable:** Can it be done? Unrealistic goals cannot be achieved.
**Realistic:** Is this something that, you can do?
**Relevant:** Why are you doing this? Do you need or want to do it? How does it, benefit you? Have you done it before? Do you know somebody who has done it?
**Timely/Time Bound:** What is your deadline/timeline? Open-ended timelines tend to never deliver results. T can also be for Tangible. Can you see, smell, eat or hear the result? Tangible goals are often easier to attain.
