READ–“ASSASSINATIONS, THREATS, AND THE AMERICAN PRESIDENCY: FROM ANDREW JACKSON TO BARACK OBAMA”, Rowman Littlefield Publishers, 2017 Paperback.

There are four major categories of Presidential Assassination Threats.

Choose EITHER Abraham Lincoln or John F. Kennedy, famous Presidents, and discuss the major impact on the nation of his assassination.

Choose EITHER James A. Garfield or William McKinley, lesser known Presidents, but also facing assassination, and discuss the impact on the nation of his assassination.

Choose EITHER Theodore Roosevelt or Ronald Reagan, both wounded in assassination attempts but recovering, and the impact on the nation.

Choose EITHER Huey Long or Robert F. Kennedy, both Presidential contenders who were assassinated, and explain how he might have changed the future of the nation had he survived.

Each of the four people you choose to write about should be discussed in a three or more paragraph essay in a typed WORD document Times New Roman 12 doublespaced.

A new page should be started for each of the four essays of three paragraphs or more, and handed in on the due date STAPLED together
