You received non-conforming goods pursuant to this contract in that the goods received did not match the size ordered. However, an employee signed for the receipt of the goods over (90) days ago and the order of goods have just been sitting in a warehouse. What are your options as the Buyer pursuant to the contract?
You received non-conforming goods as a result of an ambiguity in the contract. You ordered goods thinking it was a particular product and the selling merchant shipped goods by that name thinking it was an entirely different product. Upon receipt of the goods, what are your merchant options under the contract?

INTRODUCTION
In the past, developers of various computer applications
sued to focus on the needs of the programming processes.
Instead, the developers ought to have focused their tasks on
the needs of the target users or customers. The perception
of the developers when it comes to the creation of the final
products to the clients should be on the interaction or
experience of the users with the final commodities.
The primary aim of the development of an application that
seeks to improve the user experience is to reduce the overall
cases of poor designs and forms the foundation for the
creation of applications that are easy to use. The end user of
an application must understand the features that an
application offers and the best ways to interact with it to
achieve the underlying goals.

THE CONCEPT OF HUMAN-COMPUTER INTERACTION
The concept of human-computer interaction forms the
foundation for the creation of a reliable set of applications
that play a critical role in improving the overall usability by
the users. The goal of developers today should focus on the
desire to come up with solutions that are easy to use and
follow by the end users [1].
The user, in this case, becomes the ultimate point of
reference based on the fact that the customer provides the
pr8iamry source of income to the developers. Companies
that develop applications should consider the perceptions of
the final users on the presented solutions. A reliable
application should allow users to access and perform their
desired tasks efficiently. Usability is associated usually with
good design strategies. Poor application and solution
designs play a critical role in discouraging the overall
interaction with the customers thus making it hard to
achieve the desired outcomes.
The primary aim of this paper focuses on the description of
the ultimate experience that a user may encounter or exhibit
when it comes to the use of various applications such as
online shopping apps. Good design of shopping apps plays
a massive part in fostering better interaction between the
users and the underlying systems. Poor designs, on the
other hand, make it hard for the achievement of the ultimate
results especially when it comes to the positioning of app
tools and content [2]. The positioning of components within

PROBLEM STATEMENT
Many developers especially those who create shopping
applications usually fail to consider the possibility of
reducing the overall user experience based on the poor
design and positioning of content. For instance, many
shopping applications typically present users with various
challenges.
For example, some shopping applications do not allow
users to refine their searches thus ending up with a list of
over 100 items. A user, in this case, may require to interact
with an application that has a strategically positioned search
engine and space associated with the various filters to refine
the items into consideration.
After filtering the search, the user should be in a position to
view far much lesser items based on the query issued. Shein
is a great online shopping application that allows users and
clients to view and make payments on the items that they
desire.
The ultimate design of the application appeals to the
customers. However, regardless of the elegance of the
application, it does not have a reliable and appealing search
engine. For instance, when a customer needs to look up an
item, first, one needs to locate the search engine. The search
engine is not strategically positioned to meet to needs of the
customers.
On the other hand, the ap[plciaiton does not have a
mechanism for allowing the customers after keying in the
items that they need to look up to filter their queries. For
instance, a customer keys in the items s/he wants to search
and then hits the search button. Upon hitting the button, the
application returns over 4000 items. A filer option is then
available on the left side of the application which allows the
users to customize their search based on various factors and
attributes such as color, style, neckline, pattern type and but
not limited to a collar.
These attributes are essential in that they allow the users to
engage directly with the application to make changes to the
results of the queries initially presented. However, this
option displays a problem for customers. For instance, a
customer may need to interact with an application that
allows him or her to make adjustments to the query initially
created before getting the final results. For instance, a
customer would want to filter off the results to be obtained
to avoid achieving a lot of items that in the end may reduce
the abilities to purchase the desired items. Shein does not
have a mechanism that allows the users to customize their
queries making it hard to filter the types of results obtained
based on the desired attributes and boundaries by the
customers.
BACKGROUND

INFORMATION
(BRIEF
Sroczyński
Sroczyński conducted a study that meant to explore the best
ways that developers can use to come up with effective and
user-friendly mobile applications [3]. In the study, the
author identified that most applications did not have what it
takes to deliver the ultimate objectives and tasks to the
underlying customers.
Customers usually struggle to undertake their tasks using
such applications which in the end may make it hard or
impossible to perform their required or intended activities.
Using this knowledge, the author claims that developers
should be sensitive to the perception of the end users who
will use their applications. Navigation according to the
author, in this case, forms the foundation for successful user
interaction.
Botha, Van Greunen & Herselman
Although Botha, Van Greunen & Herselman focus on the
mobile educational applications, they present vital data
about the design and presentation of the various solutions
based on the alignment of their controls and but not limited
to their effects on the end user experience.
This article acknowledges the fact that user experience
usually is improved or affected by the positioning and
alignment of the critical controls in a mobile application. In
this case, the users may find it hard to interact with the
underlying applications based on the fact that they may not
have the desired features or may be poorly designed. Poor
design of applications reduces the abilities of the underlying
users to perform their desired tasks.
Bilgihan, Kandampully & Zhang
Bilgihan, Kandampully & Zhang in this case claim that is
creating a unified customer experience on the online
shopping applications play a critical role in that it fosters
the achievement of the desired outcomes based on the needs
of the clients [5].
The study, in this case, acknowledges that the ease of use,
the ability of the customers to locate the various critical
aspects and components, personalization and social
interaction among other elements play a crucial role in the
attainment of the ultimate experience. Specifically, the
positioning and personalization feature, in this case, form
the foundation for the development of a reliable search
engine. This article claims that the strategic placement of
features such as search engines and personalization of such
aspects plays a critical role in improving the overall
customer experience.
PROGRESS MADE
Based on the collected data and the problem statement, the
progress made is focused on the creation of a conclusive
report about the implications that the search engine of Shein
application may have on the end users and hence the
company as a whole. This paper presents findings that are
critical in making meaningful conclusions about the
implications of the currently adopted and used a search
engine by the application.
The application, in this case, needs to implement features
that will allow the customers to interact with it to achieve
the desired outcomes easily. Some of these features may
include the positioning of the search engine at the central
top part of the application [6].
Creating a more significant allocation for the search engine
will capture the attention of the users thus making it easy to
search their items faster. On the other hand, this paper
claims that the application should have additional options
on the search engine that will allow the customers to
customize and personalize their queries before achieving
the final results.
The customization feature will allow the customers to
reduce the total items obtained and at the same time foster
the achievement of refined commodities that meet their
desires. Therefore, I have managed to identify the key
features and attributes that a reliable and effective search
engine should have especially for the online shopping
applications as mentioned above. Implementing such ideas
may allow companies to improve the overall customer
interaction.
CONCLUSION
Summing up, this paper presents findings on the
implications of the currently used search engine by Shein
application on the ultimate user experience. This paper also
presents the desired features that the application should
exhibit. Finally, the paper presents the progress made based
on the presentation of ideas about the search engine and
human-computer interaction.
