There must be at least three alternatives (see file: Strategies in Action) derived from your opportunities
outlined in your SWOT. Make sure to be very detailed. Identify the strategy then explain specifically
what you would do.
VI. Recommendations (Worth 10 points)
Evaluate each alternative and pick the best choice based on the company’s strengths and opportunities.
End this section with an overall conclusion – no more than 1 paragraph.
