Rutgers University Module 3 Discrimination and Harassment Reflection Paper Diversity is a value that many organizations officially embrace and yet individuals who do not represent the dominant culture may feel subtly or not so subtly excluded because of their race, religion, ethnicity, sexual preferences, age, gender or disabilities or other “differences” including pregnancy. And in many settings, workers face overt abuse, discrimination, and harassment from co-workers and supervisors.
