Catholic University of America Poem Writing and Reading Experience Journal Entries Please write a single-spaced 3/4 page for each topic (9 topics). These topics serve as journal entries.

These topics can include thoughts towards writing a poem or a story,
dream records, freewrites, letter to people you cannot get letter to.
Here are my suggestions:

thoughts about writing my first poem and how this is a whole
experience to me. I found it challenging and took a lot of time and
thinking especially that I am not used to it. But at the end I was happy
to what have accomplished. thoughts about reading several
poems in English until I picked the one. how poems can vary much and how
there are different schools for this – my experience in analyzing poems
in general. at the end I picked “Mad Girl’s Love Song”thought
about writing my first story (fiction). although I always read stories,
it was hard to come up with my own. and I needed to read more just to
understand how this done. a letter to people who said encouraging words to me without noticing and made me work harderthoughts about how English poems and involved emotions is different from poems in other countries (like middle east)thoughts about the differences in vocabulary usage in poems (maybe across languages as well). thoughts
about how people express emotions differently across counties and how
this reflects issues in the countires and it is interesting to analyze
it. thoughts about my experience in critiquing others peers’ work including poems and stories . thoughts
about my experience in the following experiment (smelling different
instances and writing about the person I think of when I smell it).
Coffee reminded me of my father and I already wrote about it. writing
that letter was not easy as I had to pull
out a lot of emotions and memories especially that I didn’t see him for
a long time.
