Group Discussion Week 7: Encourage the heart through servant leadership

Reflection is an important practice for good leaders. In Chapter 8 of his book, Badaracco uses the story of Antigone to communicate its importance. In chapter 7 of the Kouzes and Posner text, Ken Blanchard offers a model of servant leadership framed by four domains: heart, head, habits, and hands. Think about and reflect on this model and yourself. Select two (2) of these domains: one (1) that matches your strongest leadership domain, and the one (1) that matches your weakest leadership domain. Provide reasons for your choices.
