Palm Beach State College Wk 4 School Counseling Essay To practice collaboration, you will work in groups based on your grade level of interest: elementary (K–6) or secondary (7–12). You will work in the same group throughout Module 2. By the end of the module, you will develop a Digital Portfolio with items that represent each component of the ASCA National Model.
School counselors are licensed/certified to work with grades P–12. This means you can apply for a specific grade level, but administrators can move you around to other levels. In this Discussion you will select a group based on your ideal student population. Throughout this module, you will be working within this group, but we encourage you to read the Discussion threads of the other group to continue to expand your knowledge and skill set throughout the course. This will ensure that you are moving toward excellence to be able to serve all of your wonderful students!
