Part 1:

Now that you have read the information in your text (LINKS TO ALL RESOURCES ARE INCLUDED) on research in early child development and the important issues in this area, you are ready to choose a research topic for your Signature Assignment (due in Week 8). Write a paper that includes the following:

Clearly identify your topic so your professor can be sure this is a viable topic for your Signature Assignment.
Search the library for three peer-reviewed research articles published in the last five years on this topic. Prepare a brief summary of each article in which you mention the topic, thesis, methods, participants, and findings for each. Be sure to include a reference section that identifies the articles in APA style.

Part 2:

Write a description on the social media sites that you may want to join in the future and describe why they will be of value to you professionally. If you are already part of a professional social media network such as Facebook, LinkedIn, or others, or follow a particular professional related topic or group on a service such as Twitter or Instagram, describe your experience with them thus far.
