Keeping these needs in mind, this week, the commissioner asks you to decide on tangible goals to develop a restorative system.

Create a memo in a Microsoft Word document. Your memo should include the following:

A design of your basic strategies to reach the goals
Forms of mediation your agency will use and what will be needed to implement them (your goals can go beyond just implementing encounters)
At least one type of mediation specific to your population, a decision on a type of encounter group, and an explanation of the tangible goals and the basic strategies to reach those goals
The specific strategies for at least three other tangible goals to develop the restorative system
