Purpose: Next Tuesday, you will have your midterm for our class. The midterm will ask you to apply your understanding of culture, localization and globalization strategies with regard to Hospitality Management.

Instructions: Research the following cities to prepare for your midterm To develop a restaurant for a highly globalized or highly localized customer base. You are completely responsible for the entire presence of the restaurant from its presentation to the selection on the menu. You should identify your customers in detail, services, staff, menu choices, and even the d cor of your restaurant. Your objective is to create a successful and thriving restaurant experience in one of the following locations. You should research the country and city extensively to prepare. We will discuss in our next class.
