When we think of those that may be using alcohol and other illicit or prescribed drugs along
with alcohol, that can impair judgment, reasoning, frontal lobe functions, such as memory,
behavior, cognition, personality changes may ensue, as we know, disorderly conduct, and
disinhibition results, these may lead to risky behaviors and result in poor judgment placing
the person at risk.
