c. Analyse 2 negative impacts for each issue identified on its effects to
hospitality industry in New Zealand. (minimum of 500 words in total)
d. Based on the negative impacts above discuss 3 operational measures that can
be applied to provide positive outcomes in hospitality business performance.
Outline the expected positive outcome accordingly.(minimum 800 words in
