Health Assessment
The assessment of the health needs is important as there is focus on the experiences of the
community and the analysis of the diseases that continue to affect growth in the health measures
in the community. The approach to the investigation of the diseases that affect the community is
important as there is a focus on the establishment of the public health strategies that support the
operation of the community. The focus on the utilization of the baseline is important as there is
the engagement of the various opportunities that help in the management of the population need
and this creates the understanding required in the enabling of change in the environment and
solving of the issues that continue to affect the community.
Community Level
The community in health assessment is Indonesia, and the research will focus on the
increase in the levels of cholera. Cholera is one of the epidemics that continue to face the
community, and this is a public health issue that requires the observation of the hygiene of the
community and the increase in the rates of infection. The observation of the cases of increase if
the disease is important as there is the provision of the relief in healthcare that helps in the
management of the medication that helps in the reduction of the risks of the disease. The risks
that travelers face is high as there as the contamination of water leads to the need to focus on the
accessibility of water, and this guides the choices that the community makes towards the
elimination of the unhygienic conditions in the community (Durosaiye, 2017). The choices of
health are important as they help in the control of the diseases and this improves the sufficiency
that enables the reduction of the harm to the individuals.
The assessment of the risks that the community faces is essential in the analysis of the
measures that guide the implementation of the medical choices and the creation of awareness of

the community on the various strategies needed in the reduction of the spread of the outbreak.
The recognition of the different profiles of the community is vital in the prevention of the
epidemic, and this helps in the development of the culture that guides the control of the
outbreaks. The assessment of the findings of the different outbreaks is vital as there is a focus on
the susceptibility of the community and this means focusing on the various methods of
transmission.
The different authorities in healthcare have focused on the drive that encourages the
immunization of the community, and this focuses mainly on the children. Cholera effect led to
the increase in the number of children deaths, and this means there is a need to focus on the
programs that help in the control of the epidemic. The acceleration of the immunization
strategies helps in the assessment of the controls that enhance the comparison of the spread of the
disease (Rosa et al., 2011). The high rates of the population in Indonesia leads to the recognition
of the increase in the global cases and the need to reduce the deaths that occur in the community.
Group Level
The group that the health assessment will focus on is 5-18 years, and this is important as
it helps in the evaluation of the contact that they have with the contaminated environment and the
chances of the elimination of the risks associated with cholera. The knowledge on the education
of the community is essential as there is the analysis of the risks that children face engaging the
need to focus on the measures of the treatment of the children. It is essential to enhance the
controls where there is an increase in the participation of the households in the analysis of the
benefit of the children towards the reduction of the outbreak of cholera. Children between the
ages of 5-18 years are taught on the need for personal hygiene, and this involves the
implementation of cleanliness such as washing hands with soap before handling food. The

method ensures there is the minimization of risks ad this guides the compliance measures in the
different eating places such as hotels. The reduction of the incidences among the children is
crucial as they are taught the behaviors that encourage their roles in the implementation of a
clean environment. The interventions are grouped into different sections, and this encourages the
need to focus on the behaviors of the community and their contribution to the spread of the
disease (Joseba Xabier et al., 2014). The focus of the interventions that help in the creation of
demand in the elimination of cholera is essential as there is an assessment of the sanitation needs
of the community. The clinical symptoms and signs are appropriate as there is an analysis of the
isolation needs in the society increasing the need to focus on the procedures that help in the
elimination of cholera and the creation of awareness in the community on the roles that the
individuals play.
Individual Level
As an individual, the effects of the disease is felt where there is a focus on the different
status of the nutrition given the age that is affected by the outbreaks. The use of different types of
medication leads to the assessment of the onset of the symptoms, and this is important in the
management of the diagnosis process and the oral administration of the medication. The range of
the treatment process is vital as there is a comparison of the different variables that affect the
health of an individual and this creates the need to assess the various cases that arise and the
seasonality of the incidences in the different years. It is essential to focus on the regulation of the
patient care, and this helps in the management of the reach of the child and the consent that aids
in the analysis of the different treatment levels (Sack et al., 2014). The confirmation of the
various cases guides the measures that help in the assessment of the isolation case and this guides
the treatment of diphtheria. There is a focus on the number of times that the organization should

analyze the change in the community hygiene levels as it assists in the prevention of the further
spread of typhoid.
Process for Completing a Comprehensive Health Assessment
A comprehensive assessment focuses on the behavioral and the social practices, and this
involves the evaluation of the risks and the provision of care that suits the patients. The process
involves obtaining the information of the risks and the occurrence of typhoid. There is a review
of the different health records and the care that the patients require in the long run. The
assessment of the culture of the community and the broad variation of the changes in the
community is vital as there is an improvement of the support that the community receives in the
elimination of the spread of typhoid. The needs of the communication methods are vital as there
is a focus on the cognitive methods that help in the assessment of the issues that continue to face
the community (Sack et al., 2014). The history of the family is important as there is an
observation of the hygienic levels and this helps in the management of the spread of the disease.
Findings
The spread of cholera in Indonesia is due to the high population levels and the lack of
hygiene. There focus on the population of the study is important as it guides the role that the
clinicians play in the management of the spread and in the creation of awareness in the
community. Children between the ages of 5-18 years are prone to cholera due to the consumption
of contaminated food, and the observation of the changing environment is essential as it creates
the need to focus on the strategies that improve the health levels (Sack et al., 2014). The
documentation of the changes is vital as there is focus on the options that help in the
management of the preferences in the treatment of the patients.
