Background: short biography about the person you are writing about John D Rockfeller and discuss some important decisions he made. In addition, talk about Gladwell (blink book) and his ideas for decision making and how they might apply.

Thesis: statement about John D Rockfeller to face 3 important decisions in his career.

2- Body paragraph 1 :

for idea 1 :

a- identify the problem John D Rockfeller faced/ support it with a quote from the book Forbes/ explanation of the quote/ in text citation.
