POLS15 Stanford University Civil Rights and the US Supreme Court Paper here is the instruction sheet attached below, in that sheet there are two parts of the assignment, but you only need to do the second part, which is doing the research and writing a two-paragraph summary for each case you found on the website, three cases needed. Part 1 — Take three (3) pictures of yourself (either a selfie or not). Each picture should show you
exercising a different one of your civil rights or liberties. You should tell me which civil right or liberty
you are exercising.
Part 2 — For each picture, you should locate one (1) U.S. Supreme Court case decided since 2000
concerning the right or liberty involved in the picture. You should write a two-paragraph summary of
the case in which you explain the facts of the case (what happened?), the Court’s decision (who won?)
and the Court’s reasoning (why did the Court decide as it did)?
In total, then, you will be submitting 3 pictures and 3 case summaries.
