The authors of our case (read: article) this week describe several ways in which managers can improve their abilities to make evidence-based decisions. Your task is to identify TWO management concepts from the core courses you have taken (OB, HR, and OA) that relate to this week’s article. First, define the concept itself (1 point). Then, describe how the concept relates to the article, or the general concept of evidence-based management (1 point). Do this for two different concepts (4 points total). Please note – you only need to do this for two concepts, not two concepts from each core course. Both concepts you choose can come from the same course.
