comparative international- discussion post | Quick Homework Help

Need help with my Law question – I’m studying for my class.

Topic: The Juvenile System

Your original post should be 5 -7 sentences in length (short paragraph), and should address just one of the following questions:

• Name just one of the similarities in delinquency around the world as discovered by scholars. What theoretical explanation can you offer to explain this similarity?
• Read about a jurisdiction where the parents are held responsible (partly or fully) for the misbehavior of their children. Then assess the pros and cons of punishing parents for the misbehavior of their children. (DO NOT SIMPLY GOOGLE AND COME UP WITH COLORADO OR SOME OTHER STATE.)
• Compare and contrast juvenile delinquency in France, China and Japan.
