Let’s face it, no matter what career path you take, you will not be able to avoid meetings, Some of them will feel productive and move your group forward in its goals, and others will make you feel bored or anxious. Most will probably fall in the middle of these scenarios.

Your Mission: Observe a meeting with a different eye, as an outside or neutral observer. Was it a successful and organized meeting? Why or why not? What contributed to your conclusion? Were the key players in sync with one another?

Write a 2-3 page paper describing the meeting, not just the content but most importantly, the process and organization of the meeting. Include information from the checklists about the meeting you observed.
