The Supreme Court case is San Antonio Ind. School Dist. v. Rodriguez, 411 U.S. 1 (1973). READ THE SUPREME COURT CASE CAREFULLY AND THINK WHAT OTHER POSSIBLE ISSUES IS THIS CASE NOT ADDRESSING. WHAT IS IT LEAVING OUT?

Some questions to think about when starting to write: Do that week’s readings and lecture HELP make SENSE of WHY the Court did what it did? Why or why not? Do they leave important questions unanswered? Are concepts and ideas from earlier weeks also useful for understanding the case.
