Elliminating redundancy or wastage from data gathered by US Drones
US Airforce or other federal agency has been gathering tons of data daily but may not have a plan to store it in a way that can be retrieved for systematic analysis perspective. Need to know if there are conditions existing where these data is just stored but not used effectively and hence contributes towards loss. What are the contributing factors for this loss and how can we strategize to minimize the loss. One effective way is to use Analytics on big data which I am sure already exists. Need to discuss if there is a possibility of doing this thesis as articulated above. Would appreciate any help in forming the hypothesis differently.
