(Issues Paper) This paper is due in Week 7.  The second paper of the course project is an analysis noted as the Issues paper. This paper will be a discussion that describes various issues noted within the organization used. This paper should include the following components:
Description of organization (size, annual revenue, type of business, services/products).
Description of constraints/roadblocks to removing the issue/problem (e.g., licensure, regulatory, financial, etc.).
A description of alternatives currently in place to resolve any outstanding issues.
Student proposed solution to solving the outstanding issues
Justification for solution (including any beneficial financial information).
Include at least 3-5 organization-specific references (e.g., newspaper or magazine articles, organization’s financial information, any pertinent information from organizations website and/or annual report).
The paper should be no more than 4-6 pages in length. Format must be in APA (refer to Doc Sharing, and Webliography for writing format guidelines).
Be sure to include references when citing others’ work or other sources used in preparing the analysis (refer to course syllabus for citation guidelines).
