2.Choose one aIDitional model (Which is the FOCUS-PDCA MODEL: SEE BELOW) and briefly describe that model. Now, suggest ten interventions that would be useful for the nurse leader when dealing with a variety of work issues. For each intervention, provide the expected outcome.
