Electro Co has asked you for a memo outlining the potential legal claims that could be brought by the United States against any or all of the NAIOS states under the GATT/WTO agreement.

Please draft a memo to the President of Electro Co outlining the potential violations of international trading rules that U.S. might bring against each of the NAIOS states. In drafting your memo, be sure to aIDress violations of MFN, NTO and any potential violations of the prohibition against quotas and NTB.
