Description
This work is being done for an Informatics for Nurses and Healthcare Professionals course I am taking for my BSN nursing degree. Please answer the questions using current (no more than 5 years old) and reliable nursing journals and/or the text book for reference. There will be 1 page for the Case Study response and 1 page for the Scenario response. I have attached the instructions for each study. I also attached the Student Learning Outcomes and Learning Outcome and Assignment Table for the course to use as a guideline in your responses.

Students will complete a Scenario response. Required elements for the Scenario will align to the Enabling Objectives (EOs) for the module along with reflection upon the Big Ideas (BIs) and Essential Questions (EQs) for the course. Students should also include any personal reflections regarding what they are reading and its relationship to the Scenario.
Scenario: You are training your staff on the new system. Discuss the content of the training program. How will you handle the wide range of computer literacy and the generational differences of your diverse staff? How will you support your staff when you go-live? Be sure to cite and reference your sources.
