Abstract
Should be a summary of the entire research work
Chapter 1
Introduction
In introduction we can discuss the following points:
The researcher felt that this study will help the parents to understand more about the learning difficulties and behavior problems of learning disabled children. It will help the researcher to understand the parent’s attitude towards their LD children and children’s behavioral problems for further therapeutic management. This study will also help to understand how the attitude of parents influences the child’s behavior.
The review of related literature is discussed in the next chapter.
Chapter 2
Literature Review
Effective research is based on past knowledge. There has been a great increase in research and related field of learning disability over the past years.
An example
E selevin and D sines (1996).Studied “attitudes of nurses in a general hospital towards people with learning disabilities”. A review of the literature suggests people with learning disabilities are viewed negatively by others in society. Such negative views have also been found among many health care professionals, including nurses. This study measured the attitude of a randomly selected sample of nurses in a general hospital (N=31) towards people with learning disabilities.
Finding suggests that attitude held by the total sample towards people with learning disabilities were more negative from people of other profession, than those in the caring profession. The graduate nurses were found to be more positive in their perceived attitudes towards people with learning disabilities that non-graduate nurses. Nurses in the sample who had high contact were found to have more positive attitudes than nurses who had lower amounts of contact with people who had learning disabilities.
Like this you can provide 10-15related studies.
Hypothesis
You know that hypothesis is a formal question that we intent to resolve. After reviewing the literature you will be able to identify the research gap and can formulate your hypothesis.
Keep in mind that hypothesis should be clear and precise. For example, we can consider the following Hypothesis in this study.
Chapter 3
Methodology
Methods
This research was conducted through qualitative analysis using a questionnaire and investigated among the parents of 20 LD children’s of different backgrounds. A total of 20 questionnaires were distributed.
The questionnaire used Lekert scales to assess the attitudes of parents towards learning disabled children, and provided open ended responses for additional comments.
Personal information’s were also collected

Chapter 4
Analysis and Interpretation of Data
This chapter deals with the analysis and interpretation of data collected on two major variables Attitude of parents and the behavior problems of LD children.
Evaluation of results
Table 2
School Education Background
| Status | Ratings | % |
| Favourable | 14 | 70% |
| Not Favourable | 6 | 30% |
| Total | 20 |
Table 3
Professional Education Background
| Status | Ratings | % |
| Favourable | 20 | 100% |
| Not Favourable | 0 | 0% |
| Total | 20 |
Only 70% of the parents from the school Education background had a positive attitude with their children.30% had significant difference in their attitude with their LD children, whereas100% of parents from professional educational backgroundshowed positive response in their attitude towards their LD children.
You need to interpret each variable in the above mentioned method and compare your findings with the previous researches done in this area.
Chapter 5
Conclusion, Discussion & Recommendations
Conclusion
After the extensive study done, it was observed that majority of the parents had a positive attitude towards their child with LD, while only 30% showed some difference in their attitude due to the ignorance in this area. One more finding is that these 30% parents could not afford special education for their children. (You have to state whether your hypothesis is accepted or rejected, also discuss/ compare your findings with previous researches)
Recommendations:
It is recommended that all the teachers and parents should be informed about the challenges faced by the learning disabled, and their associated behavior problems.
More training schools and teachings programs must also be established for these children to overcome their problems.
Proposal for future research
