Kalliope is a four year old slender little girl, who weighs about thirty to forty pounds and is
around forty inches tall. She is light in skin color with straight black hair, brown eyes, and her
rosy cheeks has small freckles them. She writes and colors with her left hand, but throws objects
with her right hand. Kalliope is able to complete some self-care task mostly by herself, such as
the pulling up and down her clothes when using the restroom and putting her back on. However,
when it time to outside putting on her jacket was quite simple, but zipping her coat or tying her
shoes was beyond her abilities as she turns to some assistance. When Kalliope is actively moving
on the playground, such as when walking her coordination is steady. However, when she
climbing, jumping, or running she loses her balance and will either begin to stumble and catch
her balance or fall to the ground.

• At times Kalliope gets bossy or even a little defiant when she wants things to go her way, such
