Launchpad itself cannot perform all the functions we want it to perform. However, some of AUS will be integrating to launchpad to
support the function.
What AUS can do
1. The system will analyze all the information and nearly instantaneously come up with a lending decision.
2. The automated underwriting system is quick to analyze all the information that is available. Typically, one of
the most important parts of the process is the credit history of the potential borrower
3. The system will be able to access the credit report of this individual and see their credit score
4. With this type of system, loan approval is broken down to the basics. The computer system is going to look
at a variety of different factors to determine if they fit into a suitable range
5. The computer system is also going to look at the amount of income as well as how much debt that individual
has. If the debt is too high for the income level, the system will not approve them for additional credit. Most
of the time, using this type of system, the lender can have a decision within minutes.

What we want launchpad to do
If it can do it or not
1. The system should be able to make the program pop-up
according to client’s eligibility
Launchpad can qualify clients who are eligible for
homeownership. But not sure if it can be done automatically,
however, AUS is quick to analyze information that is available.
And decision making takes less than a minute.
2. Keep various track of the program
The basic tracking features are embedded in LP already.
However, some other tracking features can also be built in
through customization of Launchpad.
3. Ability to access website and links
Launchpad can do it through customization.
4. Ability to pick up changes with they occur automatically.
We are still working on this. But we think Automated
Underwriting system is able to do this.
5. Ability to transfer information from the former system
Launchpad is able to do it. However, we are yet to find out the
how it can be done.
6. Feedback survey
Launchpad might not be able to provide a survey
7. Host a pop-up demo (workshop) about home counselling
services
Launchpad have a workshop tab where you have the ability to
create and outreach event. Also, being able to add, manage and
print out roster member of those who attended counselling
workshop.

Guidelines for Project Presentations
Your presentation should be structured in the following manner, if you deem necessary you may add a
couple of additional slides to the required set of slides to help clarify/explain your design. Below are the
minimum required slides:
1. A title slide stating with the name of your project, name of client, team name, team members
names.
2. Overview slides laying out the agenda for the presentation.
3. System request – that is, provide a statement of your objective for the design project.
4. Business case – options considered, feasibility analysis – STORE, for the economic part identify
benefits, costs, estimate payback, ROI, TCO/NPV. Justify why this project should be done.
5. User stories

7. Draw a storyboard
8. Activity diagram(s)
9. Proposed path forward for implementation, i.e., propose the specifics for an implementation
10. Next steps – succession plan
Remember, all group members are to participate in the presentation of the material. You are to
submit a printed copy of your project along with your final report.
