Abstract:
The main content of the article wants readers to understand Trump’s immigration policy, using
high technology to protect the Mexican-American border area, and ultimately the protection
rights of migrant children as well as family of children. It seems that the war of immigration is
increasingly a topic that attracts many people because Trump’s harsh and unreasonable policy
has not been supported by the parliament. Every day in border areas there are too many women
and children killed, raped, or kidnapped by traffickers. The time has come to help and prevent
bad situations in border areas with appropriate and more humane methods.
Introduction:
Everything has become really straightforward since Trump took office as president. The
immigration problem is complicated and immigrants face the difficulties of racism and Trump’s
discriminatory rules. Need to improve the technology used at the Mexican border instead of
building walls that do not bring feasibility as well as wasting citizen’s money. Of particular
concern to children and family who experience the dangers of crossing the border, is
condemning for the separation of children from their parents according to Trump’s bad policy. In
this paper, I argue about Trump’s immigration policy, using assistive technology in borders
without building walls, and finally the rights of immigrant children and family needing support.
The issue of immigration is increasingly concerned and immigrants are experiencing a crisis of
harsh policies by the Trump government.

After Trump took over the presidency, he repeatedly stated that he wanted to address illegal
immigration and more specifically the decision to build border walls with a total value of 5.7
billion dollars. This caused many conflicts and the government was forced to close long-term.
Without the support of Trump’s state apparatus, it threatens to declare a national emergency if it
is not supported in the construction of border walls. Immigration policies change constantly
making immigrants fear and instability in their lives. Non-US citizens are always afraid of being
sent back to their homeland, in addition to Muslims who are also prevented from entering the
United States in an emergency policy and without Trump’s prior notice, has caused many
Muslims can’t go back to America. Immigration advocates have criticized Trump’s policy and
argued that he exhibited racism and divided families. According to the US immigration law,
there has been a tradition of bringing high value in family solidarity. Since 1965, the United
States has allowed families to sponsor members to the United States and to have diverse
ethnicities in the United States. But now when the Trump government tries to prevent and reduce
immigration with various decrees. Will immigration become more difficult for Latin Americans,
Asians, Muslims and Mexicans? According to the long history of the family is a means to
integrate into American society and make society better and better. Trump has turned the
immigration campaign to the spotlight since he took office as US president. In january 2017, the
White House has attempted to change immigration laws and make immigration enforcement
agencies follow. However, local and state courts, jurisdictions have limited cooperation in
changing immigration laws. On the other hand, the parliament has promptly prevented and
slowed down some of the ambitions of immigration policy issued by the Trump government.
Muslims from eight countries will be banned from the US, undocumented Mexicans will be

deported to Mexico, and asylum applications will be cut. Arresting and detaining illegal
immigrants, in which parents of children are forced to be separated. Build refugee camps in
border areas to put children in there while waiting for the settlement policy. Migration law has
made many families separate and Trump’s government also canceled the “DACA” program,
which is a program to frighten young children home. There are now more than 690,000 people
who were brought into the US illegally immigrated when they were young. Building walls along
the Mexican and American borders is an ambition to expel and prevent immigrants. On January
26, 2018 Trump nominated a new immigration plan to replace the program President Obama’s
Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program. With unclear rules in the application process, it
is difficult for security to apply. In August a federal judge forced the Trump government to
restore DACA and in november 2018 the US appellate court upheld DACA. It is very difficult
for people who come to live in the United States when they are young and now deported them
back to their original countries to integrate their culture and customs. This deportation is further
detrimental to the US economy because of a declining labor force. After the September 11th,
immigration policy has much more stringent immigration, and after being persecuted by the
United States, there was a special interest in preventing terrorism and destroying terrible
elements. In addition, to perhaps the fight against terrorism but in reality it seems the campaign
involves undocumented labor migration through the Mexican border.

The adoption of technology in the Mexican border could reduce the life-threatening risks for
immigrants seeking to enter the United States and reduce budgets and human resources in border
areas. Every day in US border areas – Mexico has too many women and children arrested raped,

also trying to study the application of various types of devices such as “photovoltaic cameras,

immigration, drugs and other contraband. ” Security in the United States border areas – Mexico is
the most concerned political issue and inevitably interferes with each other because Trump’s

have a place to make a profit. In the future, different types of sensors and technologies will be
used to support each mission’s needs. In the border areas, the use of unmanned aircraft and the
United States coast protection research agency in New London is also likened to the miniature
model of the armed model used to study the technology in the future. Hybrid is not lethal, armed
devices are unmanned. Laser technology is one of the police’s important minds in protecting the
border. The Coast Guard has the largest area to protect the US border and protect the EEZ of an

advanced security technologies applied such as “Air-based technologies, low-light internet
protocol cameras, space-based sensors, small dark aircraft, or the hunt for drugs. -smuggling
aircraft at the borders, The sensor project (ASAP) has the ability to analyze data automatically
and identify crime models and alert DHS agencies. “Port of Entry People Screening Program,

The rights of immigrant children and family
The population growth of children is increasing, due to the crisis from extreme violent
countries. The United States is facing a refugee population crisis in which children dominate. For
a humane country like the United States must consider the law of children who are treated fairly.
There are three important types of legislation for children whether traveling alone, with parents,
or guardians brought into the immigration prison by the government: first being provided with
adequate food and shelter while Waiting for immigration procedures. The second is detention in
the least restrictive and most humane setting. Third is the legal aspect of their immigration issue.
The Trump government recently had many policies related to immigration detention. That’s the
worst thing when families and children are arrested indefinitely. The proposed rule is very clear

in wanting to end a long-term federal agreement called the Flores Settlement Agreement. This
decree serves as a basis for detention, release, and treatment of minors. The American Institute of
Pediatrics has argued that the indefinite arrest of children and parents will affect their physical
and mental health. For decades Flores struggled to protect the use and arrest of children.
Currently the Trump government is trying to reject the Flores decree and thinks the decree is a
mistake, so it should be removed. The separation of families is one of Trump’s ways of trying to
prevent asylum seekers from entering the United States and non-stop attacks on the immigrant
community. The government has repeatedly rejected the Flores decree because if it is rejected
successfully, it is easier to detain and divide children and families, and the conditions for child
and family detention will be worse and will be longer. To protect and minimize child detention
and long-term family separation, contact Flores to limit the government’s ability. The
government has an obligation to return children to their parents, or community sponsors or a
licensed legal facility in the community so that children have a more decent residence. In recent
years detainees have condemned the inhumane and inhuman treatment in family detention
centers including sexual assaults by guards and inadequate infrastructure. to support children’s
health. Rather than addressing these issues, the government has handed over all of the detention
to DHS in accordance with DHS, in other words DHS pays someone to say that DHS’s prison
meets eligibility requirements of family. But there is no stopping where sexual abuse goes on at
the prison without being controlled. The government is establishing clear procedures for custody
of children without relatives. Flores along with a federal law tries to prevent child trafficking.
The child should have the right to care from the family and parents so the immigration agencies
and the child welfare system must work together to meet the needs of the child. According to

some recent surveys, the courts and welfare agencies have completely terminated the parental
rights of some expelled parents while the children have the right to reunite with their families.
Conforming to the federal immigration law, when deported parents have the right to bring their
children or may leave the United States. In the latest studies, it is shown that reuniting family or
relatives leads to better outcomes for children. Parents in custody or deportation face many
difficulties in complying with social welfare. Just as reports of high refugee fund women
detention of migrants reduces the parents’ ability to comply with the reunion plan and the right to
access their children.
In conclusion, society always has conflicts about racism, where the poor suffer more than
the rich. The government needs to have appropriate policies and help immigrants especially
children and their family. The United States has always been a humane country, always taking
love for the poor and needing help. Walls that are not feasible instead have smart technologies
that support border control because the United States is at the forefront of the world’s most
prominent technology. The family separation policies faced by migrant children are too
inhumane, how can the children live away from their parents instead the government can extend
their hands in accepting long-term unaccompanied immigrants on the United States have the
opportunity to complete papers. As for deportations, allow the child to follow their parents
because no one can take care or nurture well with their biological parents. Immigration rules and
policies need to be clear, simple, humane, and not lack of rigor for people trying to emigrate to
the United States in illegal ways.
