Is it worth the cost? You have heard the reports on the news but need to review the evidence for yourself before advising him. You tell him you will call him right back. Clinical Question: Make sure this includes: correct identification of the population to which your patient belongs, the main intervention you are considering, what the alternative intervention may be and what you hope to accomplish. Document your search: Make sure to identify: what database(s) you used, what key term(s), etc. What was the first thing you did, the second, etc.? Include enough information so that another person can follow what you did and find the same evidence.
