Please submit a video demonstrating an actual assessment session (at least 20 minutes in length), from beginning to end, with a child or an adult. Include a written report giving a summary of the protocols used, the purposes of this assessment, a description of your participant, and a brief critique on your strengths and weaknesses that you observed during this video.
Also review the video with your site supervisor and have them to give written feedback on your performance, with their signature.
The video will be assessed using the following rubric:
Video of Assessment Session – (up to 25 points)

Personal Critique – (up to 25 points)
