The assignment is a research and writing task.The essay task/question:

In every company there is potential for development, adaption and innovation of internal or external operational policies and processes. What would you propose as an improvement to your organization?

This assignment requires you to write an essay in which you:
1) identify a current problem that your present company/department is experiencing
2) introduce/suggest a solution to this problem with benefits
3) evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of the solution in a strong argument
4) conclude your argument with persuasive justification and implementation suggestion.

You are free to choose which is the focused aspect. The essay should be of authentic relevance and provide to economic viability and sound corporate strategic reasoning.

Assignment structure:
a) Introduction: Opening paragraph; an outline ofthe current issue within the company or department or with a product or service of the company.
b) Content: 2-3 paragraphs proposing a solution to the problem that you have identified and arguing the benefits to the company of utilizing this solution bycomparing the strengths and weaknesses of the solution.
c) Conclusions: Closing paragraph. Conclude with the strategic value of the solution.

Format (written)
Essay layout, formal English in a persuasive form of lexis.
Word count: 400-500 words. +/- 10 %
