Cultural Changes Over Time Through Interaction of People from Different Backgrounds Paper it is group project and I need to write about part IV. here is the question, Part IV. List three (3) examples to demonstrate how the culture (anything like language, religion, knowledge, technology, lifestyle, sports etc.) change and spread over time, through people movement and tourism in particular, write about new Zealand it’s all about New Zealand Spring 2019 GSP 241 Team Project
Learn World Regional Geography Together for Fun and Global Understanding
2/13/2019
The three main purposes for this project:
1) To learn five themes of geography (i.e. location, place, region, movement, and human
and environment interactions) based on some examples from textbook and lectures
2) To understand why Geography knowledge matters, and apply what you have learned into
problem solving
3) To develop team skills through collaborative class work and learn from each other of
various cultural backgrounds
Procedures/Instructions:
1) Find your team members and set up a meeting time to elect a team leader who will be
responsible to organize team meetings and coordinate the progress of team work. The
team leader will also be responsible to put all pieces together for the completion of the
whole team project. Because of that, a team leader will be rewarded 10 extra points.
For example, if your team project got 100 out of possible 120 points, the team leader will
get 110 points.
2) Choose any one or more representative countries from the list of countries in the end of
documentation (Appendix 1) to address the specific questions one by one listed under
each part of the project.
3) Each section will be expected to have one or more appropriate maps to support your
answers or interpretations. Whenever appropriate, the source of information will be
needed (i.e. Website, Literature References).
4) Format: a) cover page with title, your team name (any name will work such as Team
Acacia, Team Cactus or Team Cambodia if you are working on Cambodia), and team
member names, and completed date; b) context, which includes your answers for each
question including citations whenever appropriate; and additional documentations like
maps and pictures; and c) References/Literatures cited, ordered alphabetically.
5) Literature citation style, either APA (American Psychological Association) or MLA
(Modern Language Association) will work but it needs to be consistence throughout once
a style is chosen.
6) The completed work needs to be typed. As a default, font 12 in Times and New Roman
will be required. The total length of paper work should not exceed 6 pages in single line
space or 12 pages in double lines.
7) Submit your completed team work electronically by May 3rd, 2019 (Friday) by 5
PM. After that, the team work will NOT be accepted since this will be the last week
of instruction for the semester of spring 2019.
